All monthly reservations are available from October 1st thru April 1st and are booked from the 1st of each month through the 1st of the following month. Additional night stays are available at the resort’s best available rates.
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to book monthly reservations. Dates can be changed up to 48 hours of arrival date. There is no refund for early departures.
There are no Housekeeping services included in your monthly rate. For your convenience, we do offer weekly or bi-weekly cleaning options.
Weekly cleaning services are offered at a price of $35 per cleaning.
Bi-weekly cleaning services are offered at a price of $45 per cleaning.
Once a month cleaning services are offered at a price of $60 per cleaning.
A one-time departure cleaning fee of $150
Monthly processing fee of $150
All monthly reservations are subject to local and state taxes at 12%
Monthly reservations of 89 days or less are subject to all local and state taxes
Monthly reservations of 90 days or more are exempt from state taxes. Local taxes still apply
Rates are based on an occupancy of 2 all additional registered guests are $250 for the month.
